With grants from STAR-Ghana, Choice Ghana has undergone a restructuring process to ensure that the organization remains healthy and relevant to achieving its vision of “a community in which everyone has a choice”. Under this project, the organization has developed a number of policies and structures for the effective operation of the organization. The organization has put in place a well-structured board to provide strategic direction and advice to management in the implementation of its programmes.

A number of policies and systems that were put in place to guide the organizations operations include Human resource policy, Financial Management policy, Marketing and Communication strategy, Gender Policy, conflict management policy etc. Due to this, the organization remains resilient with functional systems and structures that promotes transparency and accountability and the capacity to effect the desired change in the society.
